Shipping
We currently ship to most countries within the European Union. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Estimated delivery times range from 2 business days up to 2 weeks, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking link for your package. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
Returns
We hope you love your Beany. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item under the conditions below.
- Items must be returned within 14 days upon delivery.
- All items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and labels. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during return transit.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@beanyoutdoors.com to receive the return instructions and address.
- Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed, depending on your bank.
